COMMUNITY HIGHLIGHT

This week, we’re highlighting Tyler Beim.

Here is a bit about what he’s working on:

Synthetic monitoring and its focus on app performance isn't new—it's been around for over a decade.

Yet, as apps have moved into complicated enterprise environments, powered by cloud capabilities, monitoring technology has struggled to keep pace.

Today's app stacks are complex, leveraging APIs from various third-party services across multiple clouds, and companies are increasingly relying on SaaS for critical operations. Expecting each enterprise to build extensive synthetic monitoring for every cloud API is impractical. If a single entity could construct this infrastructure and share its insights, it would offer a cost-effective solution to bridge this monitoring gap.

Enter PrizAI: A new and economical approach to continuous synthetic monitoring of Cloud Service Provider APIs.

Unlike basic application logging, which fails to identify specific failures, PrizAI actively simulates app interactions with cloud services from multiple locations to pinpoint issues, ensuring SLA compliance and facilitating revenue recovery without the hassle of sifting through logs for the root cause.

That’s all for now, folks!
