COMMUNITY HIGHLIGHT
This week’s highlight is one of the speakers at the last meetup in San Antonio, Jose Daniel Castillo.
Here’s a little bit about him:
I am a Computer Science Undergraduate at UTSA. Im working on Defect Detection in Nuclear Fuel Fabrication. Defect detection in nuclear fuel is essential for ensuring safety standards when using nuclear energy. The research I'm currently working on automates the defect detection process, addressing the limitations of manual methods, which are prone to human error and can be time-consuming. Current work involves few shot learning techniques and using off-the-shelf models.
Connect with him here.
That’s all for now, folks!
